Which RAD tool should I start with?
Start with the RAD Roller for your mid-back, or the All In Kit if you want to work the whole body. Each product page shows where to use the tool and how firm it is.
How firm are RAD tools?
Each page shows RAD's Density Scale, from 1 (soft) to 10 (firm). The range runs from Recovery Rounds at 4 to the Axle, Atom and Neuro Roller at 9.
What is the RAD Mobility App?
A free app from RAD with 250+ guided videos, playlists and routines for every tool.
How do I clean my tools?
Wipe with mild soap and water. Silicone tools like the Neuro Roller are dishwasher-safe.
How does shipping work?
RAD products ship directly from RAD Roller in Denver, CO by USPS, UPS or FedEx, separately from any other Icebound items in your order. Orders ship within 1 business day, and most arrive within 5–7 days. If an item is backordered, RAD ships it as soon as it's back in stock. Shipping is free on RAD orders of $40 or more and a flat $6 under $40. RAD ships to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, DC only.
What is the return policy for RAD products?
RAD Roller products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and kits must be returned complete. Email info@iceboundessentials.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Is there a warranty on RAD products?
Yes. RAD Roller products are covered by RAD Roller's lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, including products bought from Icebound. To make a claim, email service@radroller.com with your Icebound order number, your name, the product, and a photo or video showing the defect and how it first appeared. RAD Roller usually sends a free replacement without needing the defective product back.
