Order Processing:
We do our best to process every order within one business day, but please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For international orders or orders to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact our customer service team at info@iceboundessentials.com.
Shipping Methods:
- Small Parcel Delivery: Most of our products ship via standard small parcel delivery services.
- Ground Shipping: Heavy items such as our 1HP water chiller require ground shipping.
- LTL Freight Shipping: The Resolute Pro cold plunge ships via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight due to its size. Shipping times generally take 5-10 days depending on your final destination.
- Saunas: All saunas are custom-made to order, built in the USA, and shipped fully assembled from Ohio to your final destination. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for sauna orders to ship.
