Return & Refund Policy
At Icebound Essentials, we aim to deliver high-quality products and top-notch service. Below is our straightforward policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
We ship fast because we know you’re excited to try your new setup, so you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or until we send tracking details—whichever comes first. To cancel, simply email info@iceboundessentials.com. Once tracking info is sent, the order is in transit and no longer eligible for cancellation under this window.
45-Day Return Window
You have 45 calendar days from the delivery date (the day your package arrives) to request a return. After 45 days, refunds are granted only as exceptions. To begin a return, email info@iceboundessentials.com within the 45-day window. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide next steps at that time.
Return Shipping
Once you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, our team will assist you with preparing and shipping your item back—providing instructions and options as needed.
For returns made for convenience (not due to a defect or warranty-approved issue), customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Customer may:

Arrange and pay for your own carrier using the instructions we provide, or

Use a prepaid shipping label from us (when available), in which case the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund. We’ll share an estimate of that cost before you ship.
Packaging Guidelines:
All returns must be in original packaging (or equivalent protective packing) to ensure items arrive undamaged. Before packing, clean and drain any wet products (e.g., drain tub water, remove ice from chiller lines). If you need packaging advice, email info@iceboundessentials.com for guidance and your RA number. Returns sent without an RA may be refused.
Inspection & Any Necessary Deductions
When we receive your return, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility:

Like-New Condition: If the item is returned clean, complete, and shows only normal signs of use or testing, you’ll receive a refund for the full product price. If you used our prepaid label for a convenience return, the label cost will be deducted from that refund.

Minor Damage: If the item has minor cosmetic damage or missing small accessories, a reasonable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Major Damage: If the item has significant damage (e.g., rips, deep scratches, broken parts, major missing components, or unsanitary condition) that makes it unsellable, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Defective Items Under Warranty: If your product is confirmed defective, we will cover shipping, arrange a replacement or repair, and handle any related costs under our warranty process.
Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your return for inspection and refund processing. We’ll email you once your refund has been issued.
Refund Amounts & Timing
- Eligible returns requested within 45 days will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
- Any deduction for repairs or missing parts will be itemized in your refund notification.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Send a message to info@iceboundessentials.com within 45 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your RA & Shipping Instructions: We’ll reply with an RA number, packing guidance, and either:
- Instructions for arranging your own return shipment, or
- A prepaid return label (when available). For convenience returns, any label we provide is billed back to you by deducting the shipping cost from your refund.
- Ship It Back: Pack your item securely—using the original box or equivalent—and affix the return shipping label (our label, if provided, or your own carrier’s label). Drop off at a carrier location.
- Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days and send a confirmation email.
