Icebound Essentials Warranty Policy

At Icebound Essentials, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our goal is to ensure that your cold plunge and sports recovery equipment performs as expected. Products come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of delivery. If a product or component fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace the defective product or component with a new or refurbished unit, or
• Provide a refund or store credit if a replacement is not feasible.

We cover parts and labor for warranty repairs.

2. Products Covered

• Inflatable Cold Plunge Tubs:

Covered against leaks, seam failures, and material defects in the tub shell and plumbing components.

• Resolute Pro Cold Plunge:

Covered against malfunctions of pumps, plumbing, structural components, and built-in purification systems.

• Icebound Pro Chiller & Resolute Pro Balboa Clim8zone II Heat Pump:

Covered against malfunctions of the chiller housing, pump, compressor, controls, plumbing, and factory-installed water purification systems.

• Flow, Pulse, and Recovery Wraps:

Covered against electrical, mechanical, or material defects under normal use.

3. What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or scratches that do not affect performance.
• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance (including incorrect water chemistry or leaving water stagnant).
• Damage caused by freezing, power surges, or external events such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
• Commercial or non-residential use unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Use of non-Icebound Essentials replacement parts or accessories.
• Damage from shipping by third parties or installation errors not performed by
Icebound Essentials.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our Customer Care Team by email at info@iceboundessentials.com or through our Contact Page.

2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue (photos or videos may be requested).

3. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or return.

5. Limitations and Legal Rights

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Icebound Essentials or authorized retailers.
• Icebound Essentials is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., water damage or loss of use).
• Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
