What We Will Cover

If a defect turns up in a product that's been installed, used, and serviced normally within its warranty period, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. If repair or replacement isn't practical, we'll reimburse the purchase price or provide store credit instead.

Replacement parts may occasionally differ from the originals, and availability can change over time. We may, at our discretion, use quality refurbished parts when needed.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Filing a claim is simple. As soon as you notice a defect, reach out to our Customer Care Team by email at info@iceboundessentials.com or through our Contact Page, and have the following on hand:

1. Order number and proof of purchase — your original sales receipt or order confirmation.
2. A quick description of the defect — when you noticed it and how it happened.
3. Photos or a short video showing the issue (our team will let you know exactly what's helpful).

From there, our team will review your claim and walk you through next steps — repair, replacement, or return, depending on the situation. In the meantime, just take reasonable care to protect the product from further damage.

How We'll Work Together

Once a claim is open, here's how we can keep things moving as smoothly as possible:

• Let us know as soon as you spot a defect, and take reasonable steps to keep it from getting worse in the meantime.
• Make sure the product is accessible for inspection, diagnosis, or repair. If its installation or placement means a technician needs extra help getting to it, that additional access cost is the customer's responsibility.
• If the product needs to come out of its installed location for repair or replacement, removal, reinstallation, or reassembly costs are the customer's responsibility — this is standard practice for built-in equipment.
• Hold on to your proof of purchase and have it ready if we need it to validate coverage.
• We recommend keeping your product's original shipping crate or carton throughout the warranty period, since it's designed to help protect the product if a return is ever needed. If the original packaging is no longer available, just contact us — we'll work with you to find a suitable replacement box or packaging solution before shipping.

Resolute Pro Cold Plunge

We guarantee to the original purchaser that the Resolute Pro and its component parts are free of material and workmanship defects within the specified periods below. This Limited Warranty begins on the original date of delivery.

Coverage — 1-Year Limited Warranty

What Is Not Covered

As with any high-performance equipment, a few things fall outside this warranty: units located outside of the United States, freight damage caused by the common carrier, and damage caused by repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or abuse — including failure to maintain proper water chemistry, use of abrasive cleaners, or non-genuine parts — isn't covered either, and neither is normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, stains, discoloration) that doesn't affect performance, or damage caused by acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).

To Keep Your Coverage Valid

A few things to keep in mind so your coverage stays intact:

• Installing aftermarket parts that aren't genuine Icebound Essentials branded accessories.
• Misuse, neglect, or not following proper setup and care. Your owner's manual may include a QR code to our support page, and you can always find our most current documentation at iceboundessentials.com/blogs/support — reach out to our Customer Care Team anytime if you have questions.
• Operating the unit in ambient temperatures below 24°F (-4°C). The Resolute Pro's anti-freeze logic keeps it operable down to 24°F (-4°C); using it below that threshold without proper precautions will void the warranty. • Using the product in a commercial setting without prior written authorization from Icebound Essentials, since commercial use is covered under a separate commercial warranty.

Inflatable Cold Plunge Tubs

We guarantee to the original residential purchaser that inflatable cold plunge tubs are free of material and workmanship defects within the specified periods below. This Limited Warranty covers residential use only and begins on the original date of delivery.

Coverage — 1-Year Limited Warranty

What Is Not Covered

This warranty doesn't cover units located outside of the United States, freight damage caused by the common carrier, or damage caused by repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative. Punctures, tears, and damage from sharp objects, misuse, or improper storage fall outside coverage too — as does normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).

• Misuse, neglect, or not following proper setup and care. Your owner's manual may include a QR code to our support page, and you can always find our most current documentation at iceboundessentials.com/blogs/support — reach out to our Customer Care Team anytime if you have questions.
• Using abrasive cleaners or corrosive sanitizers that degrade the tub material.

Cold Plunge Chillers

We guarantee to the original residential purchaser that the Pro Chiller and EcoPro Chiller are free of material and workmanship defects within the specified periods below. This Limited Warranty covers residential use only and begins on the original date of delivery.

Coverage — 1-Year Limited Warranty

What Is Not Covered

This warranty doesn't cover units located outside of the United States, freight damage caused by the common carrier, or damage caused by repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or abuse — including failure to maintain proper water chemistry, use of abrasive cleaners or corrosive sanitizers, or non-genuine parts — is also excluded, along with normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).

Return Shipping & Original Packaging

If Icebound Essentials authorizes a Pro Chiller or EcoPro Chiller for return under a warranty claim, please return it in its original box or crate with all original protective packaging, unless we've given you written instructions otherwise — these materials are specifically sized to protect the chiller during transit.

If the original packaging has been discarded or is no longer usable, that alone won't invalidate an otherwise valid warranty claim. That said, the customer is responsible for the reasonable cost of an Icebound Essentials-approved replacement box, crate, or protective materials, and for getting those materials to the customer. We're not able to cover the cost of shipping empty replacement packaging on its own.

To Keep Your Coverage Valid

• Installing aftermarket parts that aren't genuine Icebound Essentials branded accessories.
• Misuse, neglect, or not following proper setup and care. Your owner's manual may include a QR code to our support page, and you can always find our most current documentation at iceboundessentials.com/blogs/support — reach out to our Customer Care Team anytime if you have questions.
• Operating the chiller, or leaving water in the unit, when ambient temperatures are at or below 32°F (0°C). The Pro Chiller and EcoPro Chiller need to be disconnected and fully drained of water before temperatures drop below freezing, since that's when ice can form and damage internal components. • Failing to maintain proper water chemistry, resulting in failed components.

Sports Recovery Products

We guarantee to the original residential purchaser that sports recovery products are free of material and workmanship defects within the specified periods below. This Limited Warranty covers residential use only and begins on the original date of delivery.

Coverage — 1-Year Limited Warranty

What Is Not Covered

This warranty doesn't cover freight damage caused by the common carrier or damage caused by repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or abuse is excluded too, including damage to gel packs from punctures, overheating, or freezing beyond the recommended temperature range, along with normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by acts of God.

• Using non-genuine replacement parts or accessories.
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or attempted repairs.

Saunas

We warrant to the original owner that the sauna will be free from defects in material and manufacturing under normal residential use and maintenance, from the date of delivery. This limited warranty is extended to the original owner only and isn't transferable to subsequent owners.

Warranty Coverage

The sauna structure and non-heater components are covered by a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty against defects in material and manufacturing from the date of delivery.

What Isn't Covered

This warranty doesn't cover labor costs for repair, replacement, or reinstallation; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; or damage caused by acts of God. We're also not able to cover damage from assembling or installing the sauna outside of what's described in the user manual, overnight freight or special shipping costs for replacement parts, or liability beyond the original amount paid.

To Keep Your Coverage Valid

• Placing the sauna on a surface that isn't flat and solid.
• Not following the installation and assembly instructions.
• Modifying the size, shape, or materials of the sauna.
• Modifying the thermometer or thermostat.
• Mounting or placing any accessory within 12 inches of the heater.
• Not having a dedicated circuit with the correct amperage per the user manual.

Sauna Heaters (OEM Warranty)

Our saunas come equipped with premium heaters sourced from major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Sauna heaters are covered directly under that manufacturer's warranty policy — check the documentation that came with your heater for specific terms and durations, or reach out and we'll help you track it down.

Heating elements are typically considered consumable parts and may have their own coverage limitations under the OEM warranty. A few things to keep in mind, since they'll void heater warranty coverage:

• Repairs or attempted repairs to the heater or wiring by anyone other than a licensed electrician or authorized service provider.
• Placing, pouring, or applying any material or substance on the sauna heater rocks other than tap water.
• Not placing the rocks correctly per the user manual.

General Limitations & Legal Rights

Limitations on Implied Warranties

This Limited Warranty takes the place of all other warranties, express or implied, in fact or at law. All warranty service must be performed by an authorized representative. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner whatsoever. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Extended Service Plans and Third-Party Claims

If a product is repaired or replaced through a third-party extended warranty, service contract, or protection plan (whether purchased separately or through a partner program), that repair or replacement is provided to fulfill the third party's obligation to you, not as a new purchase from Icebound Essentials. Any remaining Icebound Essentials Limited Warranty coverage on the repaired or replacement product is limited to whatever portion of the original warranty period (measured from the original delivery date) remains unused — it is not renewed, extended, or restarted. Icebound Essentials will address manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery if reported within 7 days of receipt; coverage beyond that period is provided solely through the applicable third-party plan, not by Icebound Essentials.

Disclaimers

In plain terms: our responsibility is limited to fixing, replacing, or reimbursing the product itself, and doesn't extend to other costs or losses that result from a defect. Here's the formal version of that same limitation:

ICEBOUND ESSENTIALS AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost, or other damage — whether incidental or consequential — arising out of any defect covered by this limited warranty, including without limitation loss of use of the product, cost for removal of defective product, and water damage. The liability under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product. Coverage commences on the original date of delivery and shall not extend beyond the stated warranty periods for any reason.

Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states don't allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
