For the lower 48 states: Your icy oasis will ship within 2 business days from our California or Minnesota hubs. We're strategic like that – just like your training plan!
Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories: Add an extra 2-3 weeks. Think of it as a longer warm-up before the big chill.

Just like Karen returning Harry's necklace, you can return your plunge within 30 days for a full refund. No airport chases or last-minute declarations required.
