Why Icebound
A real Austin team helps you before and after you buy, from choosing a tub to your first setup.
Our 1HP Pro chiller pulls water down to 37.4°F, even through a Texas summer.
12,447 BTU/hr of heating takes the same tub up to 107.6°F. No add-on required.
Every system ships from our own Austin-area warehouse. 0% APR financing available up to 24 months.
This product has been amazing and would definitely recommend however the quality of the product pales in comparison to the level of customer service this company provides. Products are great, service is beyond exceptional!!
I have been researching cold plunges for a year and a half now. I sent three systems back from three different companies because they were not what I wanted. I contacted this company and everything changed! I got all of my millions of questions answered, was walked through in great detail on how to set up my tub with the chiller, and it is all working great! The chiller is as high quality as the customer service is. I can't recommend this company and their products enough!!
Just got the Big Tex and just wow!!! The quality of everything they sent, their customer service during and after receiving the item has been 12/10!
I filled it up, turned it on and exactly 2 hours later the water was 48F!!
Best customer service you will most likely ever experience. Had one for over 18 months now and a bsolutely could not be happier with their unit.
But the standout is how responsive the company is. Before the end of business I would have an answer to my question or a suggestion from them. Then they would follow up to see if I was satisfied and how things were going. If there is EVER a company that's mantra is service after the sale, it's this one.
The Endurance 2.0 is a 155-gallon tub with a double-slipper comfort design for a full-body plunge. If you are 6’3” or taller, or want to plunge with a partner, choose the Endeavor XL, our longest tub.
Yes. Every Icebound cold plunge runs on a standard US household outlet, with no electrician needed. Our saunas are the only products that need a dedicated electrical setup.
Both chillers cool and heat across the same 37.4–107.6°F range, and both have Wi-Fi app control. The 1HP Pro has more cooling and heating capacity, so it reaches your target temperature faster.
Built-in ozone sanitation keeps the water clean between changes. For step-by-step care, see our Pro Chiller water maintenance guide for the Endurance and Endeavor, or our Resolute Pro water chemistry guide.
Every order ships from our Austin-area warehouse. The Resolute Pro and the Ultimate Contrast Therapy Bundle ship by LTL freight, and the Resolute Pro arrives fully assembled, with curbside or white glove delivery. All other plunge systems and chillers ship by standard UPS ground.
