The cooling time depends on several factors: initial water temperature, ambient temperature and humidity, and the amount of water in your tub.
With a 100-gallon fill and room temperature water (around 70°F), you can expect:
- Initial cooldown to plunge temperature (37°F) in approximately 2.5-3 hours
- Once cold, the system maintains your desired temperature efficiently
Our commercial-grade 1HP chiller delivers consistent, powerful cooling performance that makes your plunge ready when you need it. Just fill, set your temperature, and let the system do the work.

Our dual sanitation system keeps your plunge water crystal clear and hygienic.
The system features:
- A strainer for larger debris plus a 5-micron filtration (finer than many competitors' 20-micron filters) to remove particles, skin cells, and debris
- Built-in ozone generator for chemical-free sanitization
- Continuous water circulation for consistent cleanliness
For optimal performance:
- Clean the filter monthly by rinsing with water
- Replace filter every 1-2 months
- Change water approximately every 3-4 weeks
- Keep the tub covered when not in use
- Clean the tub's inner surface during water changes
Regular maintenance is minimal and straightforward. Here's what you'll need to do:
- Clean or replace the 5-micron filter (2 spare filters included)
- Occasionally clean the chiller's mesh screen'
- Keep the tub covered when not in use

If after 45 days you realize your plunge is more of a Hugh Grant stumble than a Colin Firth dive, don't worry. We won't stand outside your house with cue cards professing our undying love. Instead, we offer a simple, straightforward return policy.
Just like Karen returning Harry's necklace, you can return your plunge within 45 days for a full refund. No airport chases or last-minute declarations required.
Remember, the course of true love never did run smooth, but our return process does. So if your heart's not racing (in a good way) after your plunge, we'll part as friends. After all, if you can't be honest at Christmas... or when you're returning a cold plunge tub, when can you be?
