This product has been amazing and would definitely recommend however the quality of the product pales in comparison to the level of customer service this company provides. Products are great, service is beyond exceptional!!
I have been researching cold plunges for a year and a half now. I sent three systems back from three different companies because they were not what I wanted. I contacted this company and everything changed! I got all of my millions of questions answered, was walked through in great detail on how to set up my tub with the chiller, and it is all working great! The chiller is as high quality as the customer service is. I can't recommend this company and their products enough!!
Both chillers cool and heat across the same 37.4–107.6°F range, and both have Wi-Fi app control and ozone sanitation. The 1HP Pro has more cooling and heating capacity, about 8–10°F per hour of cooling versus 4–5°F for the EcoPro (per ~100 gallons), so it reaches your target temperature faster.
Typically 5–10 minutes. Place the chiller with at least 39" of clearance behind the fan, connect it to your tub with the hand-tight fittings, fill the tub and power it on. The chiller self-primes, then starts cooling and filtering. See our chiller quick start page for details.
Yes. Our chillers run on a standard US household outlet, with no electrician needed.
Filtration and built-in ozone sanitation keep the water clean between changes. Clean the filters every 1–3 weeks and change the water every 3–4 weeks, depending on use. Use only food-grade hydrogen peroxide. See our Pro Chiller water maintenance guide for step-by-step care.
