Black Friday 2026: 2-Year Warranty Terms
Eligible orders placed during our 2026 Black Friday sale get a 2-year Limited Warranty, double our standard 1-year coverage. This promotion extends the coverage period only. Everything else, including what is covered, what is not covered and how to make a claim, follows our standard Limited Warranty.
Eligible orders
Orders placed on iceboundessentials.com between November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM and December 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

Not included
These keep their standard warranty, even when bought in the same order as an eligible product:
- Cold plunge tubs bought on their own
- Add-ons and add-on offers, including a tub added to a chiller order, the Performance Pad, Recovery Wraps, filters, accessories and replacement parts
- Saunas and sauna heaters, including the sauna in the Ultimate Contrast Therapy Bundle
- Partner brand products (RAD Roller, Kineon and Fringe)
- Orders placed before or after the dates above, or through other stores and marketplaces
Coverage period
Coverage lasts 24 months from the original delivery date. All coverage terms, exclusions and conditions that void the warranty in our standard Limited Warranty still apply. A repair or replacement under warranty does not restart or extend the 24-month period.
Proof of coverage
Your order confirmation email lists the items covered for 2 years. We also record the coverage on your order, so you only need your order number to make a claim.
Returns and cancellations
If an eligible item is returned, refunded or canceled, its 2-year coverage ends.

This promotion does not change the warranty on products bought outside the dates above. Icebound Essentials may update these terms for future orders. Changes will not reduce coverage on orders already placed.
