I'm not using this as a roller, I'm using it to help my lower back and it works so much better than a pillow with vibration because it doesn't go flat when lay my back against it. Sometimes I need stronger vibration, and other times not so much so I appreciate that it has different speeds. I can easily locate the controls while it is in position and make changes to the vibration as needed.Charging is easy since it uses the standard charging cable, I use the one I already have plugged in for use with my phone.Convenient to use and very helpful to loosen up & quickly relieve my back pain. I don't have an actual bad back. I just get a little stiff sometimes, but it's manageable if I stay on top of it by stretching and stuff. I have a few of these back rollers around the house now, but this is the only one I have that vibrates, which is pretty cool.I don't know how much difference it actually makes to my long-term back health, but I do know that it feels nice, and I like it.The roller iteself is pretty heavy. I've been using it for a week or so now, and haven't had to recharge it yet, so a charge will last you a while. If I use it on a hardwood floor, it does make a fair amount of noise, and freaks my dogs out, so you may want to use it on a rug or carpet or yoga mat. Otherwise, this is a pretty nice item to have around.

The Frost Fit VibePro Flow can used in 2 ways, as an ordinary foam roller or as a vibrating and massaging roller. This roller does not require batteries and works off of a charge with the Type-C cable provided. You have to supply the power block. The roller has 5 speeds that go from a gentle, slow vibration to a very strong, very powerful and very fast vibration. It can be used on multiple body parts. The roller itself is very hard and firm. It is much firmer than my traditional foam roller. If you are going to use it as a traditional foam roller without the vibration, be aware that it is very firm.I have been using it a few times per day to soothe a pulled back muscle. I use it on the lowest setting and gently roll it over my lower back. I find the lowest setting soothing and I do think it is helping alleviate some of my back pain. My husband was also using it on the lowest setting to alleviate muscle tightness and soreness in his arms. He also uses it to warm up his muscles before working out or playing racquet sports. The first few times he used it, he was unaware that it had multiple intensity levels and he used it on the lowest setting. On the lowest setting, he said he didn’t notice any difference between this roller and an ordinary foam roller. But once I showed him how to increase the intensity, he really liked it. He uses it on the highest level and he said it definitely helps him get the “knots” out of his muscles fairly quickly. He was previously using a small wooden roller and hand massage to accomplish this and it was very time consuming. The highest level is very intense and very fast but husband finds it very effective. This vibrating foam roller is helpful tool to add your workout and recovery routine.
