This is a pretty simple vibrating massage ball to understand. The power button turns it on and cycles through the settings. There are 3 intensity settings and 1 pulse setting. It has grooves that feel good when massaged with. The intensity settings are great for the different areas of your body. The high one feels heavenly on my lower back. It's sturdy enough that you can lay on it. This massage ball is great. It charges super fast, has several settings from light to pretty intense vibration. Great for anyone that does self treatment for sore muscles.

This vibrating massage ball is about the size of a grapefruit. It has a good weight to it and it's quite powerful. There is a single button that controls it. There are 3 speeds and the last selection has it cycle through vibrations with pauses in between. It has a comfortable feel. The instructions are quite minimal, but you can find lots of YouTube videos on how to use a vibration massage ball and learn of its benefits. I use a vibration roller and like the effects. This is much more portable and allows you to target more specific parts of your body. I also find that simply holding it in my hand works out my upper arm.

I am surprised at how powerful the 3 settings are on this massage ball. I've used a lacrosse ball to get hard to reach spots and pressure point, but the added massage really helps alleviate sore joints.
