Great for sore necks and shoulders

Roll this ball over sore muscles and the vibration helps them relax and loosen up naturally. Nice quality for the price.

Massage ball is intense

Even on the lowest setting this vibrates pretty intensely. Figuring out how to get pressure where you want it by putting it against a wall or on the floor can be a bit tricky. I call this "gnar gnar", something I picked up reading about rubber ball therapy.It can be a pretty effective little self-massager if you put in some time figuring out how to get pressure where you want it.

Powerful

This massage ball has exceeded my expectations. It has 3 settings, and the highest setting is very powerful. Great little tool to have!

Nice little ball!

This works awesome for relieving muscle tension and irritation, the ball with gives a pressure into the muscle and the vibration helps it relax more. Battery seems to last a long time. My only complaint is that the power button gets pressed when I have the ball against the ground but I can deal with it.

Massage for those hard to massage areas

Love this massage ball. I find it difficult to use foam roller. This ball is well constructed and the vibration takes the massage and recovery to a greater degree.
