The process is straightforward: set your chiller up in a spot with at least 39" of clearance behind the fan, connect the chiller unit to your tub using the easy hand-tight fittings, fill tub with water, and power up the system. Once the chiller self-primes, it begins cooling and filtering your water, capable of reaching temperatures as low as 37°F based on your preference or heating up to 108°F!

Everything you need is included - the 1HP chiller comes with an integrated, self-priming pump plus an ozone generator and filter to keep your water clean, so there's no need for additional equipment or complicated setup.

Controlling your chiller is effortless with our user-friendly touch control panel. You can also manage temperature settings remotely through our mobile app, compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

Yes! Our system is designed and certified for outdoor use as long as ambient temperatures are above freezing.

The chiller carries IPX4 water resistance certification and ETL safety certification, ensuring reliable performance in various weather conditions. You can confidently setup your chiller indoors or outdoors, knowing it meets rigorous safety and durability standards.

Our dual sanitation system keeps your plunge water crystal clear and hygienic.

The system features:

• A strainer for larger debris plus a 5-micron filtration (finer than many competitors' 20-micron filters) to remove particles, skin cells, and debris
• Built-in ozone generator for chemical-free sanitization
• Continuous water circulation for consistent cleanliness

For optimal performance: Clean the filters regularly (every 1 to 3 weeks), depending on the traffic, usage and water quality

• Mesh: Soak in a mix of water and vinegar, then rinse thoroughly with a sponge or brush.
• Main filter: Soak in water with a cap full of bleach or use the filter cleaner of your preference. Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry.
• Change the water every 3–4 weeks, depending on usage and water quality.
• Use only food-grade hydrogen peroxide for water maintenance (click here to check the guide) avoid any other sanitizers or chemical additives such as Sirona Simply Sanitizer or Ouster Cold Plunge Weekly Treatment.
• Keep the tub covered when not in use to prevent debris, UV exposure, and contamination.

Regular maintenance is minimal and straightforward. Here's what you'll need to do:

• Clean or replace the 5-micron filter (3 filters included)
• Occasionally clean the chiller's mesh screen
