How quickly will my plunge arrive?
We're all about speedy recovery, and that includes getting your plunge to you ASAP! Here's the scoop:
For the lower 48 states: Your icy oasis will ship within 2 business days from our Nevada or Maryland hubs and will arrive within one week. We're strategic like that – just like your training plan!
How do I keep my plunge water clean?
Our chiller system does most of the hard work for you. It uses dual sanitation to keep your water clear and hygienic:
Strainer + 5-micron filter to catch hair, skin cells, and fine debris (much finer than typical 20-micron filters)
Built-in ozone generator for chemical-free sanitization
Continuous circulation so water is always moving through the system
Your simple maintenance routine:
Clean your filters every 2–4 weeks (depending on use and water quality):
Mesh strainer: Soak in water + a splash of vinegar, then scrub and rinse.
Main filter: Soak in water with a capful of bleach or a spa filter cleaner, rinse well, and let air dry.
Change the water every 3–4 weeks based on usage and water quality.
If you want extra sanitization, use only food-grade hydrogen peroxide as directed in our water care guide. Avoid other sanitizers or additives (like Sirona Simply Sanitizer or Ouster Cold Plunge Weekly Treatment).
Use pH and alkalinity adjusters to stay in the recommended ranges: pH 7.2–7.8, alkalinity 80–120 ppm.
Keep the lid on when not in use to reduce debris, UV exposure, and contamination.
