- Clean the filter monthly by rinsing with water (a garden hose with a jet stream nozzle works great)
- Replace filter every 1-2 months
- Change water approximately every 3-4 weeks

- Clean the tub's inner surface during water changes

Amazing tub + chiller. Set it at 50 where I had a smaller bath as I am only 4 weeks into plunging and I am wayyyyy colder getting out of this tub. I assume that is because I have way more room and my arms, legs, body is more exposed to the cold water over my previous tub.

So far, the delivery and performance have been satisfactory. I’ve tested it a couple of times and I really like it. The sales promise has been fulfilled. Hopefully, I won’t need to use any warranty or customer support, and everything continues to run smoothly as it has so far.

This is a great cold plunge. It came with way more things than I was anticipating. It cools your water extremely fast. It is pretty easy to set up. Although, the app was a bit tricky to use. I do love that I can login right when I wake up and turn it on from my phone and its a the perfect temp by them time I am ready to jump in. I keep mine at 42 degrees.

I have been researching cold plunges for a year and a half now. I sent three systems back from three different companies because they were not what I wanted. I got all of my millions of questions answered, was walked through in great detail on how to set up my tub with the chiller, and it is all working great!
