Best customer service you will most likely ever experience. Had one for over 18 months now and a bsolutely could not be happier with their unit.

But the standout is how responsive the company is. Before the end of business I would have an answer to my question or a suggestion from them. Then they would follow up to see if I was satisfied and how things were going. If there is EVER a company that's mantra is service after the sale, it's this one.

Just got the Big Tex and just wow!!! The quality of everything they sent, their customer service during and after receiving the item has been 12/10!

I filled it up, turned it on and exactly 2 hours later the water was 48F!!

This product has been amazing and would definitely recommend however the quality of the product pales in comparison to the level of customer service this company provides. Products are great, service is beyond exceptional!!

I have been researching cold plunges for a year and a half now. I sent three systems back from three different companies because they were not what I wanted. I contacted this company and everything changed! I got all of my millions of questions answered, was walked through in great detail on how to set up my tub with the chiller, and it is all working great! The chiller is as high quality as the customer service is. I can't recommend this company and their products enough!!
