This compression boot is great for providing pain relief and reducing muscle soreness. The boot easy to put on. It opens up wide, and the two velcro straps hold it securely in place. The gel packs attach to the inside of the boot with velcro. These can be stored in the freezer for reducing swelling, or can be warmed in the microwave to sooth soreness. The boot is adjustable and can accommodate a wide variety of foot sizes.There is a squeeze bulb that inflate the boot to add compression which really increases the effects of the cold or heat.

I bought this for my wife who hurt her ankle and this came at the right time not only does it secure her ankle with pressure but you can also use it without the ice pack. I highly recommend put a sock on first, but this is a great price at a great price.

It fits size mens12 and under. You use the Velcro straps to tighten than inflate using the bulb there is a limit to how much the inflation will compress. I recommend this for part of your home medicine kit. The combination of pressure and cooling really helped with my sprained ankle
