Frost Fit Compression Ankle

This compression boot is great for providing pain relief and reducing muscle soreness. The boot easy to put on. It opens up wide, and the two velcro straps hold it securely in place. The gel packs attach to the inside of the boot with velcro. These can be stored in the freezer for reducing swelling, or can be warmed in the microwave to sooth soreness. The boot is adjustable and can accommodate a wide variety of foot sizes.There is a squeeze bulb that inflate the boot to add compression which really increases the effects of the cold or heat.

I bought this for my wife who hurt her ankle and this came at the right time not only does it secure her ankle with pressure but you can also use it without the ice pack. I highly recommend put a sock on first, but this is a great price at a great price.

It fits size mens12 and under. You use the Velcro straps to tighten than inflate using the bulb there is a limit to how much the inflation will compress. I recommend this for part of your home medicine kit. The combination of pressure and cooling really helped with my sprained ankle

I recently pull a muscle in my ankle and walking around has not been the most fun. After a long day being on my feet, this this is perfect for sitting up and taking a load off. I have another ankle ice wrap, and I find that one was falling off a lot just with my feet up. I have not had any issues with this one staying on my foot. For reference, I am a size 13m shoe and this fits great.

We haven't had a need to use this ankle wrap yet, but we have had a couple of incidents in the not too distant past where we would have definitely been able to use this. I figured it's always possible that another incident may occur and this wrap would be very useful. I have, of course, tried it out and it works exactly as advertised. You can use it with or without the heat/cold packs. The Velcro makes it very adjustable. Make sure and locate the hose and pump ball so that it is under one of the velcro wraps so that when you are done pumping it up, the pump ball won't be flopping around. Definitely a nice, well made product, at a price that I feel is quite reasonable. I give it 5 stars and would definitely recommend it.
