Holds heat and cold well! Fits well

This has been great for post-surgery care. Rather than being a wrap I need to fiddle with, it is a soft gel sleeve that fully encompasses my foot and ankle, keeping it cold for a good 30-40 minutes. The soft gel conforms to every curve, and provides a slight compression, as well. This can also be used on my elbow, wrist, and hand. It is a little pricey, but really nice!
