SETUP & CARE GUIDE
From curbside delivery to your first plunge, this is the fast path to cold therapy, hot recovery, and a routine that runs itself.
01 — PREPARE THE SITE
Use a level, load-bearing surface with a drainage plan and enough clearance to open the cover and reach the maintenance panel. A concrete pad is the preferred installation surface.
SITE CHECK 01
Confirm the surface can support the filled system.
SITE CHECK 02
Leave room for the cover, service access, and future maintenance.
SITE CHECK 03
Plan for the required 120V / 15A connection and local code.
SITE CHECK 04
Know where water will go when draining your tub for cleaning or drain-down.
02 — DELIVERY DAY
Standard Resolute Pro delivery is curbside by LTL freight. White Glove Delivery is available for placement inside your home or at your preferred outdoor location.
IMPORTANT
The unit is listed at 346 lb dry and approximately 1,315 lb filled. Choose the final location before filling, and never attempt to move a filled unit.
03 — FIRST SETUP
The Resolute Pro is self-contained. There is no external chiller to assemble. Use the latest owner's manual for control-panel, app-pairing, and exact startup instructions.
OWNER'S MANUALS
STEP 01
Close the drain and fill to the operating range specified in the manual.
STEP 02
Connect approved power, start circulation, and set your target temperature.
STEP 03
See Owner's Manual for instructions
04 — WATER CARE
Ozone purification, continuous circulation, and filtration do the heavy lifting. Your routine keeps the water clear and the system protected.
Use only products approved for the Resolute Pro and follow the current manual's water-chemistry guidance.
05 — Cold Weather
Automatic freeze protection keeps your Resolute Pro safe through most cold snaps — as long as it stays filled, powered on and covered. When temperatures are headed below 24°F, drain and winterize.
Nothing to do. Keep the cover closed between sessions.
Leave it filled, plugged in, on and covered. The unit holds the water near 37°F so ice can’t form.
Drain and winterize before the cold arrives. A unit that’s off or unplugged has no freeze protection.
Step-by-step photos for draining the tub and equipment, storing it safely, and bringing it back online in spring.
Plan ahead. Winterize on a dry day above freezing so the lines can drain and dry.

06 — TROUBLESHOOTING
Confirm the approved circuit is on and the connection is secure. If power is still unavailable, stop and contact a qualified electrician or Icebound Essentials support. Do not open electrical compartments.
Confirm the water level is correct and inspect the filter and accessible intake areas for blockage. Follow the owner's manual before restarting the system.
Check the filter, circulation, and approved water-care routine. Replace or clean the filter as needed and follow the current manual's water-chemistry guidance.
Confirm circulation is running, the cover is closed, and the target temperature is set correctly. Allow adequate time for the system to heat or cool.
Turn off power before inspecting the accessible plumbing area. Verify that serviceable fittings are secure, then contact Icebound Essentials support if the leak continues.
