Frost Fit Hot/Cold Ankle Wrap

Great product!!easy to use and flexible!!

This wrap effectively applies cold pressure to the ankle. It wraps securely, it is adjustable. I like that is can be used on either foot, and that it holds compresses in place. I can wear it while I putter around my house and it stays in place, instead of constantly having to hold a hot or cold compress. I often wear it without any hot or cold compresses because the pressure of the wrap alone really helps.

It works well but it takes time to get used to. It gets a bit itchy due to lack of airflow, but overall provides good compression.

This ankle wrap works perfectly for applying either cold or heated treatments. It’s comfortable and fits me great and is plenty large enough for my spouse’s foot and ankle as well. The design is clever in its simplicity and the wrap is perfect to use for discomfort that would benefit from either warmth or cold. It’s a two-fer.

This is a great ice pack if you have recurring ankle swelling and sprains. I play a lot of tennis and somehow manage to roll or just tweak my ankle on the regular. What's great about this product is that it's comfortable, convenient, and is designed to get the icing exactly where you need it. No more bag of peas for me!
